I'm Alive ! And I have awesome party dip!
Okay, so Junior year has been insane, what can I say? But I have some great dip to take to holiday gatherings. This recipe comes from our family friend, Rob.
Ingredients:
1lbs Spicy jimmy dean sausage
2 Cans of Rotel
2 Packages of Cream Cheese (softened)
Bag of tortilla chips for serving
1) Brown the pound of sausage in a skillet, making sure to break up the meat well. Drain the fat.
2) Add softened cream cheese along with two cans of rotel (juice and all) to a crockpot on high. Stir in all ingredients as cream cheese melts.
3) Turn crockpot to the "warm" setting, r low if your crockpot doesn't have one of those. Be careful to watch for scalding around the edges. Stir occasionally, and most importantly, enjoy with you favorite kind of tortilla chips!
