Yummy Yogurt Parfait
As a result of my new year's resolution about being healthier, I have to eat more fruits and veggies. The veggies part is a little difficult; I mean they just don't taste that good, but the fruit part is easy. So, I've come up with a yummy breakfast to involve some fruit!
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons of your favorite granola (I used coconut chia)
5 Tablespoons of vanilla greek yogurt (I use Chobani)
3 Strawberries- quartered
1/4 Cup of blueberries
1. Gather all your ingredients and a single serving bowl. (It really is essential. It makes it cute.) I used one of these from Le Creuset. Can we talk about how gorgeous Palm is? Anyways…
2. Spoon in your granola, then yogurt, now stick your spoon it it to hide the grossness of yogurt all over the spoon from pictures. Oh, you don't instagram your breakfast? I had no clue I was abnormal.
3. Layer your berries all over the top. Take a big spoonful. Savor all the goodness. Repeat until gone. Make another if you need. Thoroughly
enjoy.
